DP83620: Procedure for writing to ELAST_BUF[1:0] of RMII and Bypass Register

Hello, everyone.
I wrote to ELAST_BUF[1:0] in the RMII and Bypass Register described in chapter 10.2.4 of the datasheet "dp83620.pdf".
However, the value is not reflected. Please tell me the writing procedure.

The other registers can be written.

Hello,

What software are you using to access to registers? Also, which other registers have you had success reading/writing to?

Are you able to read/write other bits of register 0x17, other than 0x17[1:0]?
