My customer is looking for an ESD protection device for PCIE and 10G-Base Ethernet application? Do you have any recommendation? We need automotive part, how about TPD1E01B04-Q1? Thanks.

Hi Arie,

Yes, TPD1E01B04-Q1 would work very well in automotive PCIE and 10G Ethernet. For Ethernet, be sure to place the diode on the PHY side of the AC capacitor.
