We are building a proto-type board for a high-volume customers, and I understand the global part shortage but is there any chance we could request for 10 samples of PCA9546A in RGV?

Hi Jason,

Typically we assign TI field applications engineers (FAEs) to specific customer accounts. Do you know who your FAE is? If not, maybe you can send me an email at duynguyen@ti.com and I can try to locate them. They usually will request samples on their account's behalf.

In the mean time, I'll try to see if we have any offline samples. The TI store seems to indicate we should have units for this package this week so we may not need to go through the FAE on your account.

Hi Bobby,

I will try to see if there is a FAE for us. In the meantime, could you help to locate 10 pieces of units offline? I will be checking the TI store and see if I can get samples from there as well. Thank you and I am looking forward to hearing your reply.

Hi Jason,

My marketing engineer was able to locate 10 offline units. In order for us to send the units to you, we would need the FAE on your account to submit a request. I'm trying to locate your FAE in our lookup tool, I've emailed several of them to see which one is the correct contact. Can you send me an email at duynguyen@ti.com ? I'll need to connect you to your FAE and you'll likely need to send them some information.
