Hi team,

My customer has some concern about our datasheet.

  1. How to understand the red frame, isn't there a source and a sink at both ends of a group of CSI/DSI interfaces, and the DPHY440 is just in series?
  2. does it mean, the length between camera and DPHY440 can’t exceed 12inch? The same as the length between DPHY440 and CPU can’t exceed 1inch?

    Hi Jason,

    1. Yes, the polarity must be maintained between source and sink, it cannot be swapped by the DPHY440.

    2. No, Figure 17 is just a typical application.   Depending on placement in the system the customer can adjust the RX and TX settings as needed.
