Hello

we bought one TI part from Arrow and found
Tops and bottoms have bubbling on some of the parts, There are different serial number on the bottom.

So, i want to know if it is normal.

    Hi Cathy,

    I'm having trouble finding this device in our system based on the lot trace code in the image here. Could you share the full lot code that was included on the shipping label for these devices? Please include the shipping date as well. 

    I'm looking into this bubbling to see if it's something we've seen before. Let me know if you have any more questions in the meantime.

    I checked label is smeared and can see it is 2140+ .and made in Malaysia. please let me know if you can do something for me

    Hi Cathy,

    Unfortunately, without the scratched out info here, I'm not able to look up the details of this lot. TI will never ship items with information removed in this way. My recommendation would be to contact the distributor that shipped this package (Arrow in this case) and ask if this tracking, date, and lot information is available. 

    I'm sorry to say that most times I see shipping information redacted like this, the devices within are not legitimate products. I hope you are able to find more information to show this is not the case.
