Is bare die of TSER953 available as special request?

could you provide die package dimension and pad size for wire bonding?

Hi Sam,

I am not sure about the bare die, I will need to check in on this. Also the package dimensions are defined in the mechanical information section of the datasheet.

I ment package dimensions of die. We have been using DS90UB953 for last 6 years and now switched to TSER953. We would like to make our camera module more compact by introducing TSER953 die.
