My customer would like to know what's different between TCA9554A and TCA9534A?

From simple comparison table, I can't judge their difference, so please advise.

    Thanks for reaching out! Per the TCA9554A data sheet, you will find the line:

    "The TCA9554A is identical to the TCA9534A except for the addition of the internal I/O pull-up resistors, which keeps P-ports from floating when configured as inputs."
