Hello Team,

under which conditions min and max values below are tested?

In your datasheet a min and max value for the propagation delay is given. For example, min-value is 1.4 ns and max-value is 3.6 ns. Where does the difference of  (3.6 - 1.4 = ) 2.2 ns come from? Are such differences really to be expected from device-to-device under the same conditions? Or is a smaller difference to be expected between individual devices at the same ambient temperature and same supply voltage and same package? For example, the data sheet does not distinguish between different supply voltages.

If the difference is smaller: What would be the min and max propagation delay value at a supply voltage VCC of 3V3 and package SOT-23 (5)?

    The specs here cover all PVT corners. Would the devices in question be driven by the same source in the actual application? Device to device prop delay variation under the same variation could be large, ~2.2ns or could be vary small (i.e. device have very similar prop delay).

    On the one hand, the components (SN65VLDS2) are all supplied with the same voltage. The source you are asking for (so I guess you mean the differential LVDS input signal) is different for every device. However, if I get the information from you how long the minimum propagation delay of the component is, I can calculate the total variance myself. Therefore, I would like to ask you again: What is the minimum propagation delay time I can assume? Unfortunately, this information is missing from the data sheet.

    The I do not have the original validation data to verify the prop delay min/max at Vcc=3.3V. I would expect that the prop delay would still fall within the range specified in the datasheet. 

    What is the minimum propagation delay time I can assume?

    I am not sure I understand your point here as the min prop delay should 1.4 ns.
