No, please use TUSB564 or TUSB1064 for this application.

The HD3SS212 does not have enough pins to handle the switching of the main DP link and the sideband AUX signals.
The DP Alt Mode over Type-C also requires the support of 4 DP lane implementation while the 2 DP lane implementation is optional. What is the reason for not use the TUSB564 or TUSB1064?
