DS90UB929-Q1: FDP LINK III dual channel switch 6 to 1 solution

Part Number: DS90UB929-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DS90UB926Q-Q1

Hello.

I need to verify the video signal (FDP LINK III Serializer DS90UB929) generated from 6 DUTs by using just one Grabber with one FDP LINK III  DS90UB926Q-Q1 Deserializer  to compare if the received picture/Video is equal to the original.

To be able to build something like this I must have one switch board 6:1 controlled by usb for example to allow me to select the specific FDP LINK III signal for each DUT to route that signal to the Frame Grabber with the FDP LINK III  DS90UB926Q-Q1 Deserializer .

Do you have any solution to build this switch board 6:1 controlled by USB or something similar?

If not, do you recommend any hardware solution?

Please answer as soon as possible.

Many thanks in advance.

There is no off-the-shelf or designed/built solution for this.

This could technically be achieved using compatible high-speed MUX switches (while paying close attention to insertion/return loss impacts of total channel). If this is a separate board from the 926, then the extra cable/connector interconnects also need to be considered.
