DS90UB913A-Q1: Register Behavior

Hi Team, 

Couple of general register behavior questions I have, hopefully you can help clarify my understanding for these:

1. Is the CRC error counter in registers 0x0A and 0x0B cleared by writing to ERROR RESET in register 0x03[5]?
2. How does DES_ERROR in the GENERAL STATUS register relate to the CRC error counters in registers 0x0A and 0x0B? Is it set whenever the counter increments?
