    Hi Kaushal,

    We do not currently have a Pspice model for this device - and at the moment we do not have an estimated timeline of when or if it will complete. 

    I understand that sometimes the spice file is needed for validation - however in general they are just copies of the datasheet typical conditions in many cases so in general our models would show typical performance. If you just have questions on the device that may be answered without the model please let me know and I will see what I can do.
