Please tell me, there are microcircuits of the SN65LVDT100 family, the marking on the front side is correct "AZL", but with the production date on the front side it is "06" - this is June 2000, and on the reverse side there is an additional three-digit code with the date year, month and the place of production / assembly of the plates which is designated as "0A" - should they match or not?
