Which one has the better ESD protection?

    The TRS213 is identical with the MAX213.
    The TRS3243E is mostly identical with the MAX3243E.

    The TRS3243E/MAX3243E are TRS3243/MAX3243 with better ESD protection.

    The '213 and '3243 devices have a different number of channels, a different pinout, a different maximum speed, and different supply voltage support.
