DP83640: design a PCB compatible for both DP83630 (48-pin WQFN) and DP83640 (48-pin LQFP)?

From you experience is it possible to design a PCB for both package? (in order to solder the one IC you can source at this point of time)
     DP83640: 48-pin LQFP Package (7 mm × 7 mm)
     DP83630: 48 Pin WQFN Package (7mm) x (7mm)

Looking at the drawing the pin alignment and dimension seem to be relatively close.
Do you think it is possible to design the PCB with pads to enable to solder any of both footprint?
What would be the key concern to do so?
Any existing example (like EVM, test board, ..etc) available?
