We do have Windows based EEPROM programming tool, but not sure if working for TUSB2046B, let me check and back to you.

Thank you, it seems that TUSB2046B has no HID capabilities, so that EEPROM programming through it is not possible. Could you please confirm that? Thanks!

sorry, EEPROM programming is not working for TUSB2046B.
