DP83561-SP: Land Pattern Example and Drawing for PCB Layout

Part Number: DP83561-SP

My customer is doing PCB layout using the 5962F2021601VXC, and our layout guy has a question about 64-pin Ceramic Quad Flat Pack (CQFP) package. It is understood that the parts will need lead forming and trimming prior to assembly. We are looking for a recommended land pattern drawing for the PCB layout, and also for some guidance on proper lead forming for this part?

Please take a look at the datasheet session 12 Package outline figure. Is this sufficient for you?

We have been looking at the datasheet Section 12 Package outline figure, however, we are still not clear on how to create the land pattern for it. For example, the company Fancort sells a lead forming tool for a Texas Instruments 64 CQFP. Is this the correct tool? It is my understanding that the land pattern on the PCB will be tailored to how the leads are formed.

Could you share more detail on the lead forming tool? We are not sure of how does the lead forming tool works since we use Altium to design the footprint. Please do reach out to lead forming tool third party if you have any question regarding to the tool.
