Hi Jeevan,

Please see Table 6 in the datasheet. You can select the last option to achieve 100Mbps, otherwise any of the first 3 options will create a 1000Mbps link when connected to a compatible link partner.

Hi David,

Also whenever I set the speed to 100mbps, link up happens but the IP does not show up. When I try the same with 10 Mbps, it works fine.
