The exact numeric accuracy of the sensors has not been characterized unfortunately, so I cannot provide this information.

Hi David,

Below is customer's feedback, do you have any suggestions to them? 

So in order to ensure we are in safe status (Datasheet define the MAX temp is 150℃), when we use it, we have to set this value no bigger than 101, because in step 110, above limit 165℃ has already exceeded 150℃.

But with this config, we are just wasting 15℃ margin (MAX 150℃ - 135℃)….. Do you have some ideas how we could improve ? Or nothing really could help….

I understand the concern of the customer, but unfortunately the temperature sensor values cannot be changed.
