THVD8010: about connecting THVD800/THD8001 transceiver.

①Can DC power be supplied with this connection?

②Is it possible to communicate with this connection?

About the transceiver 2 side

cannot be connected to GND.

DC Supply power from transceiver A side to transceiver B side.

Please let me know what is the problem with this circuit.

I believe I reviewed this schematic / block diagram on your other thread - here is a link to the thread as I go through the comments there.

As a quick summary:

The connection is fine (the power ground for the supply of the second device is the "Ground" so that's fine)

I'd suggest termination resistors and protection diodes.

Depending on chosen modulation frequency the capacitors/inductors can be sized appropriately - I have attached a quick design calculator to help quickly calculate the inductor/capacitor values based on modulation frequency - please refer to datasheet for valid modulation frequency ranges.
