Hello Dmitry,

the dual channel 4kV isolators, ISO7420 and ISO7421, are already released (see attached data sheet). The 3 and 4 channel devices are scheduled to follow soon. For exact dates please contact Saleem Marwat, our isolator Business Development Manager (BDM).

Thomas, thanks for the tip. I believe for my application ISO35T fits better. It also has 4kV peak isolation.
