Hi Sreekanth,
The DVI Specification V1.0 specifies that the allowable intra-pair skew at the receiver connector is 0.4 Tbit and the allowable inter-pair skew at receiver connector is 0.6 Tpixel.

The above is a system specification. The redriver itself does not have an inter-pair skew specification that is required for it to operate properly, but the overall system requires inter-pair skew within 0.6 Tpixel.
Regarding intra-pair skew, the datasheet recommends using the same length traces for differential pairs.
In terms of a tolerance, I would leverage the following resource. However, ideally try to keep the pair as similar in length as possible.
