Could you advise any difference between both items?

can advise the meaning for -ND?

It looks like the only difference is in the leadframe of the assembly. The ND device only has one type of leadframe possible while the non-ND has two leadframes. Otherwise there are no differences in electrical parameters or functional performance of the device.
