DP83TC812S-Q1: output TX_TCLK on LED1 - not working

Part Number: DP83TC812S-Q1

I am working on some verification of the DP83TC812S ethernet phy. I am trying to output TX_TCLK onto LED_1 and I can’t seem to get it to work. I have tried writing a few different values to LED1_CLKOUT_ANA_CTRL Register with no luck. Are there other commands needed to output this TX_TCLK onto LED_1? I also tried some commands with IO_MUX_CFG_1. Measuring with a scope, I don’t see anything being output on LED_1.

This paragraph from the datasheet implies it is possible?

Any of the three GPIOs can be used to output TX_TCLK for the 100BASE-T1 Slave jitter measurement. For routing TX_TCLK to CLKOUT pin for 100BASE-T1 Slave Jitter measurement, write to register 0x045F = 0x000D. The device should be configured in Slave mode.
