There is no grade of AEC-Q101. The AEC Q101 rating indicates the device has passed the standard for certain stress tests specified by the Automotive Electronics Council in this document: http://www.aecouncil.com/Documents/AEC_Q101_Rev_C1_Complete.pdf.
