SN75LVDT1422: passing 7-bits over 3 LVDS pairs instead of 14-bits over 6 pairs?

Part Number: SN75LVDT1422

Can only the A channel of this part be used to pass 7 bits of data over the TA+ / TA- , RA+ / RA-, with the TCLK + / TCLK - and RCLK+/ RCLK- and not have the TB+/ TB- and RB+ / RB- pairs connected between the chips? In my application I only need to share 7-bits of bi-directional data and would like to keep the LVDS pairs down to 3. Thanks
