TCAN4550-Q1: can TCAN4550-Q1 able to disable thermal shutdown at 160 degC so that the device can work at 200 degC?

Dear Sir/Madam,

Can I check if TCAN4550-Q1 able to disable thermal shutdown at 160 degree C so that we can operate it up to ambient of 200 degree C. If not able to disable thermal shutdown for this part, any other CAN FD controller part recommendation that can work at higher temperature up to 200C.

    Felix,

    Thermal shutdown cannot be disabled on this part, only the external indication of the interrupt can be disabled. Disabling thermal shutdown would not be recommended since the device is only rated to 150C for normal operation, and above 160 could cause catastrophic damage. 

    We currently have no devices in our portfolio that can work up to 200C. The highest we have is working up to 150C.
