Does the PCA9306 support live insertion and removal?

    PCA9306 doesn't have a smart 'hot-insertion/swap' feature like TCA4307/TCA9511A. If you want to support hot swap using the PCA9306 by using a presence detect net from the insert card to enable the PCA9306 after some time delay to prevent any glitches on the main I2C bus. 

    Hot swap removal isn't something I usually hear. Normally inserting into a live bus can create potential problems but I haven't heard of issue occurring during removal process unless an accidently short occurs during the removal process.
