DP83848J: Should I connect thermal pad to GROUND or left it unconnected ?

Hi,

I intend to use the part DP83848JSQ/NOPB in my project. It has a thermal pad. I was not able to find the following information in the datasheet : on the board, should its thermal pad be soldered to ground, or should it be soldered on an unconnected pad ?
