Hi,

The customer is using "SN65LBC179DR".
The latest PCNs have changed thermal resistance values.

Question
　　Is the change in thermal resistance due to a process change?
　　Or is the measurement method different?

“Junction-to-case (top) thermal resistance” in revision G
and there was no mention of (top) in revision F.

I received an inquiry because only the value of θJC has increased due to the change from Rev. F to G.

    Hi Hiroshi,

    Yes the thermal resistance values have changed with the new PCN of this device - this is due to a process change not a change in measurement.
