    The main differences between the 960, 962, and 964 are the following: 

    DS90UB960-Q1:

    -Supports up to 4 Cameras with a maximum line rate of 4.16 Gbps/Camera. 

    -Two CSI-2 output ports

    -Compatible with the DS90UB935-Q1, DS90UB953- Q1, DS90UB913A-Q1, and DS90UB933-Q1 Serializers

    DS90UB962-Q1:

    -Supports up to 4 Cameras with a maximum line rate of 3 Gbps/Camera. 

    -One CSI-2 output port

    -Compatible with the DS90UB935-Q1, DS90UB953- Q1, DS90UB913A-Q1, and DS90UB933-Q1 Serializers

    DS90UB964-Q1:

    -Supports up to 4 Cameras with a maximum line rate of 1.9 Gbps/Camera. 

    -Two CSI-2 output ports

    -Compatible with the DS90UB913A, DS90UB913Q, and DS90UB933 Serializers
