DS90UB921-Q1: Transparent transmission GPIO configuration inquiry

Part Number: DS90UB921-Q1

Hi team,

My clients use 921-948. There are two questions about the GPIO configuration of transparent transmission:

1、If the 25th and 26th pins of the 921 are configured as GPIOs, can they be transparently transmitted to the GPIOs of the 948 on the screen for use as EN and PWM?

2、Can the 921 transmit touch signals? We want to use the 921's IIC (pins 8 and 9) to transparently transmit the IIC of the touch screen, and use pin 31 to transmit the interrupt signal of the touch screen. Is it feasible?

Thanks!

  • Hi Alan,

1.) Yes, you should be able to use those pins configured as GPIO for EN and PWM.

2.) Pins 8/9 can be configured for output interface and pin 31 should be able to be used as an interrupt signal, yes.

Please let me know if you have any other questions!

    Thanks,

    Ryan
