DS90LT012AQ-Q1: level shift 3.3V to 1.8V / IBIS-Model

The DS90LVT012AQ-Q1 IBIS model was created with an 8-pin, DGK package but lacks a 5-pin, DBV package. I will make this aware to our design team. As an alternative, the customer can use the DS90LV012A IBIS model which has the 5-pin option.

For down-converting from 3.3V to 1.8V, is the customer using LVDS driver and receiver pair (i.e. 3.3V input on the Driver and wants a 1.8V output on the Receiver)? or do they want to level shift to 1.8V after the receiver output?

(1.8 V receivers like the SN65LVDS4 exist, but not with automotive qualification.)

At 1.8 V, the only device fast enough for 400 Mbps is an AUC buffer with overvoltage-tolerant input like the SN74AUC1G125, but it has no automotive qualification. The SN74AXC1T45-Q1 supports at least 250 Mbps (the maximum frequency is not specified in the datasheet).
