Hi team,

I am planning to migrate my existing SN65HVD251Q1 based design to TCAN1044A-Q1.

Is there a document to summarize the difference between those 2 devices for the replacement?

    Hi Shinji,

    I don't think we have a specific document describing this, but as long as the slope control feature of the SN65HVD251 is not being used, the TCAN1044A would be a good p2p alternative for this device. TCAN1044A uses newer manufacturing processes and is best for longer-term supply for 8-pin CAN transceivers.
