Customer is checking TCA9535RGER vs TCA9535RTWR difference, I find in datasheet, there are 2 points:

1. Thermal performance;

2. IC package height;

Could you help check if there is any other difference?

Your understanding is correct- their pinouts are the same. The key differences are the thermal information and the IC package height (RGE is height is bigger than RTW).
