SN65HVD230: Not working

Hi,

We have SN65HVD230DRG4- 250 numbers purchased from Digi-Key in Nov' 2022. The full reel of 250 numbers is not working with our PCB, whereas we didn't face any issues with this earlier. Our design is same as it was 2–3 years back, and we are using the SN65HVD230DRG4 since then. 

I am attaching the picture of IC to ascertain that the lot is original or not.

    Can you help me understand more what the problem is you are experiencing with the new device lot? Have you been able to test any of the devices individually to verify device functionality? For instance, ensuring that a signal on TXD is reflected on the CAN lines? Do you have any more details on the system and what errors it reports when the new lot is placed on the baords?
