For DS15BR400, when it was powered up and enabled, there found the OUT+ will output ~1.8V when there is no any input at IN+ (~0V), see below. Is there any way to make OUT be synchronized with IN?
In the other way, we wanted to use an RC to delay the pulling high of PWDN#. For control PWDN#, according to spec, VIH=2.0V min. and VIL=0.8V max. is there any rise time/ fall time of requirement for PWDN#? Thanks!

as you mentioned that " I do not have rise/fall timing for the PWDN# pin", does it mean PWDN# is level triggered, Vih=2.0V min and Vil=0.8Vm max, and does not require any rise time or fall time for it?
