DS320PR810: Recently, I am selecting a PCIe 4.0 redriver. I would like to know whether DS320PR810 and DS160PR810 are package compatible. Is the reference design compatible with the design?

Both devices are package compatible. They both come in WQFN. 

I am a little bit confused on your second question "is the reference design compatible with design?" Can you please elaborate?
