This is simple question about Bootstrap resister value, 2.49Kohm is used for RX_D0/S(PHYADD[1]), CRS_DV/S(PHYADD[0]) , RX_D1/S(MASTER/SLAVE) on EVM.
However our customer try to minimize number of resister value.
Can they take any resister value if they can meet Threshold voltage requirement as Low 0.6V(max) and High 1.3V(min)?
