The drive strenght of the sending pin is too high. Configure the pin for a lower drive strength, or add a source termination resistor near the pin.

Hi Sheng,

Those spikes are from switching too fast. As Clemens' mentioned, there needs to be a reduction in strength for the driving pins. Or you can add some source termination resistance.
