Hi Luke,

This device does not support EEE. If you read through the post, you will see that EEE is described as non functional in the DP83867.

Just to confirm, TI does not have a gigabit phy that has a EEE function?

Yes. TI does not have a gigabit PHY that supports EEE. You may view all of our PHYs that support EEE using our filtering search tool: https://www.ti.com/interface/ethernet/phys/products.html#2192=EEE&
