TUSB422: how the Vbus affect CC voltage

Part Number: TUSB422

Hello,

One customer used TUSB422 for his application, and he found that if the Vbus decreased 4.2V, CC pin has lower than 0.2V pulses and it would cause CC status changed back and forth, so it could also caused the recognition problem.

But if the voltage is 4.5V stable, CC pin also has low pulse, but CC pin would be above 0.2V which didn't cause CC status change. why? Vbus would affect CC pin voltage lower than normal value, is there any register configuration to ensure Vbus didn't affect  device recognition?

As to the customer's application, TUSB422 connects HUB and PC, the charger could pull current and the HUB supply is weak, so the Vbus sometimes would decrease 4.2V

CC pulse is as following, the low level could continue about ms.

Best regards
