DP83TG720S-Q1: wake up/sleep through SMI config

Part Number: DP83TG720S-Q1

Hi Team,

When I read the 720's datasheet, I saw a statement 'Sleep state can be exited either locally (pin/register-write) or by remote link-partner', you can find in below screenshot.

So it says sleep state can be exited from just register-write, no need to control WAKE pin. Is it correct? If so, how to config the register?

Thanks!
