The customer is using the network chip DP83848IVVX and is experiencing problems. When the EFT burst test is applied, the network port indicator will be off and the network connection will be disconnected. This should be a hardware issue.
After the EFT pulse test, it can only be recovered for a while, and then it will be disconnected, and several prototypes tested have this problem. The following figure shows the schematic of the DP83848:
