Hi Team,

Our customer would like to confirm if there is an existing device as ethernet isolator transformer for 1000BASE-T1 (1000 Mbit/s Fullduplex, with 1x Twisted Pair cable). I found the Premiere Magnetics transformer from the E2E thread below. Can you please confirm if this matched with our customer's description. If not, kindly confirm is there is an ethernet isolator transformer for 1000BASE-T1?

Hello,

This is an unusual application for DP83TG720, but transformers do offer more protection than the CMCs that we recommend. They may go ahead with this, but it is up to customer to validate this use case.

Thank you for your comment. The customer's main concern is if there exist an ethernet isolator transformer for 1000BASE-T1 (1000 Mbit/s Fullduplex, with 1x Twisted Pair cable. Do have experience using an ethernet isolator transformer for 1000BASE-T1?

Team is not aware if there is as this is unconventional use case. If customer finds suitable candidate, they will need to validate themselves.
