Dear Sir or Madam, I am trying to connect a USB HUB to a USB-C port.
I purchased the 3220UFP-DGLEVM and connected it to an existing board with the TUSB8020B. Unfortunately, Windows cannot then find a HUB. I only need the USB3 part.
PC -> USB C -> HD3SS3220 -> TUSB8020
The lines for USB2.0 are not needed.
The TUSB8020 board works, without HD3SS3220, directly on a USB3.0 A port.
The Demo Board 3220UFP-DGLEVM also works when I connect a storage device directly.
But both in combination is not possible.
Both IC's should be on one board and powered only via USB.
