Hi Experts,

I am unable to find any information on the maximum and minimum storage temperature for SN65LBC173AD in its data sheet. Can you provide me with these figures?

I am asking because our customers do thermal cycling on their products and would like know whether or not it is safe to cycle them down to -50 degC in a non-powered state.

Hi Gerald,

As mentioned in the other thread on the SN65LBC180A - the qualification report has a TC test of -65C to 150C for 500 cycles https://www.ti.com/qualificationsummary/qualsumm/home?actionId=2800 so that is generally matched up to the storage temperature - but we don't have an official guaranteed level for this device.
