SN65HVD7x supply voltage use 2.5V.
WE use vcc2.5v can work normally. I want to know the risk of using it on 2.5v

The minimum recommended supply voltage is 3 V. At lower voltages, correct operation is not guaranteed.
There are RS-485 transceivers with integrated level shifters for the logic signals like the THVD1424, but they still need a 3.3 V supply to generate the bus voltages.
Hi Daniel,
Unfortunately, this part is rated to function at a minimum of 3 V. There is a chance that it won't read logic levels or function properly with a VCC of only 2.5 V.
Please reach out with anything else.
