Let me look talk to some people internally and see what we have available. I haven't seen any PIND test data for our devices, but we may have something. Is there any way you can share more about the test or the cavity designation?

There are no cavities. The mold compound fills everything.

It would be extra effort to create a cavity. This is done only when actually needed, such as for MEMS devices.
