Would you please let us know ESD Ratings for PCI2050BIZWT ?

Especially, our customer want to know as MM method (Machine Model).

If not have, please let us know HBM (Human Body Model) or CDM (Charge Device Model) as alternative.

I confirmed datasheet & reliability test data, but it is not mentioned about it.
